Administrator (2-year contract, renewable)
Responsibilities:
- Render support to the International Programme Team’s grant administration work and grant management compliance checking. Assist in the signing of project agreements and processing of payments.
- Assist in annual grant management process compliance checking and prepare project closure report.
- Perform general programme administrative tasks to the Team, such as assisting in the team’s budget preparation, consolidating monthly cashflow report to Finance, preparing Team’s work report to the Directorate and providing monthly data analysis for project monitoring purpose.
- Provide secretarial support for Committees’ meetings and render office administrative support to the Team and the Directorate, including but not limited to, trips and travel logistics, meeting arrangement and minutes taking and files archive.
- Undertake any other assigned duties as required by the Team and the Directorate.
Requirements:
- A recognized degree with at least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in an NGO setting
- Knowledge in administrative systems and procedures, and with experience in meeting logistic and secretarial support
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment, including working across different teams and cultures
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, well organized and attentive to details
- Proficient in the use of word processing, spreadsheets and database programs
- Good written and spoken in both English and Chinese
- Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must
